MATFORS, Sweden, August 25, 2026 – NorthX Biologics, a Swedish industrial infrastructure and CDMO specialised in biologics development and manufacturing, has entered a collaboration with Danish biotech company Gefjon Pharma to advance EVax/02, an innovative OMV-based vaccine designed to prevent E. coli infections in poultry.
Under this collaboration, NorthX Biologics will support process development, scale-up and GMP manufacturing activities to prepare EVax/02 for future commercial production.
The collaboration further strengthens NorthX Biologics’ position within outer membrane vesicle (OMV)-based technologies, a strategic focus area with growing potential across vaccines and next-generation biologics.
