The products can be categorized into Online (PC based) and Offline (Standalone) types. The solutions can cater to small offices to large organizations with several branches. NBSD provides solutions understanding the clients’ requirements and constraints ranging from customized features, budget, ease of use, security level and so on. All the products use Accu Sign-In software to generate Time and attendance reports. Alternatively, using our protocol, all our Time and attendance hardwares can integrate with third party Time and attendance software. In general, biometric solutions are more secure than card based solutions. |

Online solutions (PC based)
PC acts as the host in all the online solutions. The hardware (Fingerprint sensor / Smart card reader / etc) are attached to the PC through Serial / USB port. Time and attendance software running on the PC issues commands to the hardware and accepts the user response. Upon receiving a valid user-response, the attendance of the user is recorded in PC database and photo is displayed on PC screen. |

Keyboard Sign-In 45 |
 This is a very low cost time and attendance solution that uses PC’s keyboard to accept the User ID + Password and record the attendance of employees. It is targeted at Small companies. The PC’s keyboard must be dedicated at the time of recording attendance. The photo of the employee is displayed on screen and a beep sound made as soon as a valid ID and password is entered. This solution can be upgraded to any of the other online solutions.

Accu Sign-In 45 |
 This is a low cost PC (Windows) based time and attendance solution that uses a Fingerprint sensor to identify a user and record attendance. It is targeted at Small to Mid sized companies. The employees are not required to remember any ID and hence it makes the system convenient to use for unskilled / illiterate staff. The solution is available for 1000 users (expandable). The fingerprint sensor can be extended to a maximum of 20 feet from the PC, but PC screen must be available at the time of recording attendance. The photo of the employee is displayed on screen and a beep sound made as soon as a user is identified.

Accu Sign-In 45 LX |
 This is a low cost PC (Linux) based time and attendance solution that uses a Fingerprint sensor to identify a user and record attendance. It is targeted at Small to Mid sized companies. The employees are not required to remember any ID and hence it makes the system convenient to use for unskilled / illiterate staff. The solution is available for 100 / 1000 users (expandable).
The results are transferred to a text file.

Card Sign-In 45 |
 This is a low cost time and attendance solution targeted at Small to Mid sized companies. RFID Sign-In 45, Proximity Sign-In 45, Smart Sign-In 45, Mifare Sign-In 45, BarCode Sign-In 45 are the variants available. They use RFID cards, Proximity cards, Smart cards, Mifare cards, Barcode cards respectively.  Barcode cards are the most inexpensive of them followed by Proximity, Smart, RFID and Mifare cards. Proximity, RFID and Mifare are of contactless type, where as Smart and Barcode cards make physical contact with the readers. Smart and Mifare cards can securely store information on their chips. The card is read by the PC to record attendance and display details on PC screen.

The employees are required to type their ID and place finger on sensor to record attendance. The solution is available for over 100000 users (expandable). The fingerprint sensor can be extended to a maximum of 20 feet from the PC. The name of the employee is displayed on LCD screen and a beep sound made on the Accu Sign-In 75 hardware unit, as soon as a user is verified.

 This is a PC based time and attendance solution that uses a Fingerprint sensor to identify a user and record attendance. It is targeted at Mid sized to large companies. The employees must place their enrolled finger directly on fingerprint sensor to record attendance. There is no need to type ID. The solution is available for 1000 users (expandable). The fingerprint sensor can be extended to a maximum of 20 feet from the PC. The name of the employee is displayed on LCD screen and a beep sound made on the Accu Sign-In 75 Direct hardware unit, as soon as a user is verified.

Offline solutions |
Micro-controller acts as the host in all the offline solutions. The hardware (Fingerprint sensor / Smart card reader / etc) are attached to the Micro-controller. The firmware running on the Micro-controller issues commands to the hardware and accepts the user response. Upon receiving a valid user-response, the attendance of the user is recorded in Micro-controller memory and ID of user is displayed on LCD screen. The attendance data can later be downloaded to PC manually or automatically. The connectivity to PC is available in RS232 / RS485 / TCP/IP / Wireless (GSM). The hardware can be 100 feet away from PC if it is RS232. For larger distances, other connectivity options can be chosen. |

Card Sign-In 45 SA |
 This is a low cost standalone time and attendance solution targeted at Small to Large companies. RFID Sign-In SA, Proximity Sign-In 45 SA, Smart Sign-In 45 SA, Mifare Sign-In 45 SA, BarCode Sign-In 45 SA are the variants available. They use RFID cards, Proximity cards, Smart cards, Mifare cards, Barcode cards respectively. Barcode cards are the most inexpensive of them followed by Proximity, Smart, RFID and Mifare cards. Users with RFID cards can walk through the entrance to record their attendance. Proximity and Mifare are of contactless type and are to be shown to the reader, where as Smart and Barcode cards make physical contact with the readers. The card is read by the Standalone reader and information is stored on the reader. 6000 (expandable) records can be stored on the hardware.

The employees must press ‘Enter’ button and place their enrolled finger directly on fingerprint sensor to record attendance. There is no need to type ID. The solution is available for 1000 / 5000 users. The name of the employee is displayed on LCD screen and a beep sound made on the Accu Sign-In 75 Direct hardware unit, as soon as a user is verified. Users with difficulty in enrollment can use ID only option. Users with difficulty in Identification (Direct finger placement) can use ID + Finger option. 6000 records (expandable to 12000) can be stored on the hardware.

The ID of the employee is displayed on LCD screen and a beep sound made on the hardware unit, as soon as a user is verified. 6000 records (expandable to 12000) can be stored on the hardware. The variants available are BioProximity Sign-In 100 SA (show card and place finger), BioSmart Sign-In 100 SA (insert the card and place finger), BioMifare Sign-In 100 SA (show card and place finger) and BioBarcode Sign-In 100 SA (swipe card and place finger).

The variants available are BioSmart Sign-In 100 SA (insert the card and place finger), BioMifare Sign-In 100 SA (show card and place finger).

 This is a Standalone PDA based time and attendance solution that uses a Fingerprint reader system in combination with Card reader to verify a user and record attendance. The fingerprint template is stored on the card. It is targeted at large companies with several locations. The employees are required to insert their card and place finger on sensor to record attendance. The solution is available for over 10000 users (expandable to 1000000). The ID, Name and optionally photograph (for upto 1000 users) of the user is displayed on Graphic LCD screen and a beep sound made on the hardware unit, as soon as a user is verified. Optionally, the name of the person is called out.
